Making Friends 

No one should be alone in life.  Whether young or old.  We all need friends.  Friends are hard to come by and should be respected, but to have a friend we must first be a friend in return.

Steve has been listening carefully to his team.  Giving each one time to have their say he knew was the easy part.  His team is small, but it made booking the room easy in the college library and anyway it was cheap. An hour later when both the room and the creative mood had warmed up he tapped his outstreched palm on the table to gain their full attention and announced firmly.
 
"OK, so we want to write a book. Lets get organized."
 
 
Make notes,  Choose who does what?  Have you already got a story line.  Are you writing for a magazine or writing a novel.

Rest, review, read, edit, edit and review again - You can't do to much editing in your story, poem, novel.

Self Critic.

Put your work down for a few weeks - do something else - go back and read and review again.

Genre.

Writing for money - to be sold - to be a published author.  Chose what market you are aiming for and stick to it.  Read what others have written, but develop your own style.  Be patient work hard and focus on your job.

Publishers.

Are Looking for YOUR work.  Or they wouldn't stay in business.  All you need to do if find the right publiser.  Sounds easy - but hey - nothing in life worth having comes easily, don't give in.
